Did you know that this holiday season will be the shortest we’ve had in 7 years?!
Due to how late Thanksgiving is this year, we lose almost a full week between Thanksgiving and Christmas. What does this mean? Well, the already high demand for professional Santa Claus’ is going to increase. But don’t worry, there are a few ways you can prepare (and now is the time to do so):
Start Planning
If you know you are going to host a holiday event/party this year, now is the time to begin thinking about possible dates. After you have a few dates lined up, then make sure you contact us to see what our availability is. Many of our Santas are already being booked for Christmas events, and have returning clients. It is going to be tougher this year (2024) than before to find a premiere Santa Claus.
Keep in mind that weekday and week night events are easier to find a Santa Claus than weekends.
Set a Budget
Now is the perfect time to look back over last year’s holiday party (while it’s still fresh), and see what went well, and what can be improved. With that being said, look at how much you spent on last year’s party. Do you plan on spending the same amount?
Hiring a professional real bearded Santa Claus for your event could create extraordinary memories for your guests! However, you should plan now as they can affect the budget.
Make it Official
At this point, you have a few possibilities when it comes to the date of the event, you have a better understanding of the budget, so the only thing left to do is to reserve the following items:
- Facilities
- Food/Drinks
- Entertainment
- Hire Santa Claus
Once you have accomplished all of the above, you will be able to rest assured that you will be on everyone’s Nice List for the year. And as the celebration draws near, you will only have to check your list to make sure all is well!
